Diaz not suspended for UFC 244, sources say

"UFC and USADA are gathering information and will issue a statement as soon as possible," USADA spokesperson Adam Woullard told ESPN.

Sources told ESPN that Diaz tested positive for trace amounts of a prohibited selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). In his post Thursday, Diaz adamantly denied knowingly taking any banned drugs.

the ufc just posted an inside the octagon episode for diaz vs masvidal. they are still promoting this fight like its going to happen

Maybe....just maybe...Diaz is a marketing genius and this was all a ploy for a bump in PPV #s (thats assuming Diaz/Masvidal get PPV points). Certainly has people paying attention now, and this will be talked about all week in the lead up.

From the UFC's official press release saying Nate's not in any trouble and the fight's still on:

"Further laboratory testing conducted by the Sports Medicine Research and Testing Laboratory (SMRTL), a WADA-accredited lab in Salt Lake City, Utah, has confirmed that two bottles of the same organ, vegan, plant-based daily multivitamin that Mr. Diaz was using were each contaminated with LGD-4033, which the evidence supports results in Mr. Diaz’s positive sample."

If this shit is actually true, USADA should name the damn company. Tell us who made the fucking pills, for the sake of other athletes. Would make all this a lot more plausible.
