That's a tough watch. Chris probably needs a new approach to his game if he wants to continue. He's always been a crusher. Not sure how he's adapting to having to be precise and careful.

It was a winnable fight? Chris has a thick head.
Not everybody is Anthony Johnson , who moves up and destroys his opponents.

His bread and butter was originally wrestling - he needs to make that his focus and put the wrestling pressure on early in fights - that will open up his striking game he seems to love so much.

His bread and butter didn't work against Dominick . He couldn't handle Middle weight , let alone light heavy weights which are too big for him. He should go to welter weight or just retire.

I remember people saying he was a huge Middleweight when he first started rising the ranks.....I don’t think a drop to Welterweight would do any good (if he could even make that weight.)

I do Agree LHW is no mans land for Chris...Middleweight is where he should be, he seems to have a big ego so not sure how open he is to taking constructive critisim from his coaches (maybe that is a big part of his decline?) ..he has the tools but needs to gameplan and study his opponents more focusing on their weaknesses and trying to exploit that...

Idk, he is 1-5 now since USADA and that one win he had a pretty substantial size advantage.

He needs to do something if he plans on carrying on with his MMA career.

I still believe! Not really, but I wish I did. I’ll still root for him, but I’d be better with him retiring.

He is done.
Chin is Humpty Dumpty.
Had a good run especially when he came up.
Needs to stop before he becomes Chuck Liddell.
