I cut up some small cheese pieces to go with it.
A pinch of salt in the boiling water. And another in the cooked product. Added the cheese, two spoonfuls of curry sauce, and a squeeze of mayonnaise. Then stir and serve.
Sorry I didn't take a picture this time, I wanted to eat it whilst it was still hot? TASTY!

Sounds nice Galt. Did you know that if you put the boiled egg, in a mug full of cold water, after cooking... the shell peels off much easier.
I like scrambled egg/omelette myself. But I suppose an eggs an egg?!
