Holy fucking shit thats as unethical as it gets:
Congressman promoting boycott of Gordon Sondland's hotels welcomes him to the Resistance

So, this elected democrat boycotts and then tells people to boycott the business of a guy and his wife because he doesnt like him. THAT is witness intimidation.
Uh, those tweets are from over a month ago.

Witness intimidation is a little far fetched when the witness was not aware he was being called as a witness at the time.

Still going with the 4D chess angle are we, doc?

Yes, talking like a moron will appeal to morons - this isn't news. There's no doubt Trump has some considerable skill in manipulating his rubes, but to think every stupid thing he says is an act of genius is simply an act of retardation on your part.

If Trump was as smart and calculated as you think he is, he would be cruising his strong economic incumbency into a landslide victory instead of trailing democrats in polls (I still think he will win). He's often his own worst enemy.

Hillary still beat him comfortably in the popular vote. Does that mean she was even more of a 'rhetoric genius' than he was?

Trumps simple language is an effective rhetorical tool in messaging and persuasion.
Everything else there is you putting words in my mouth.

Care to share some of characteristics of the demography that eats up this effective rhetoric?

Well of course, but all you need is circular logic to figure that out: if it wasn't effective, he wouldn't be President. No need for some dipshits to pretend there's any fascinating insight there. But the article calls him a 'rhetorical master' - I'm not sure you should get that much credit for talking in a simple way because that's just how you talk and people respond to it.

Many people who have dealt with the guy call him a genuine fucking moron and whether that's accurate or not, it's not like he suddenly turns into Shakespeare when the curtain is drawn.

Empirically, Obama was far better at persuading people with to like him with rhetoric than Trump. Trump's peak approval rating has never come close to Obama's. And Obama talked like an elitist, inhuman robot.

Name another president who could talk so comfortably off the cuff, and just speak his mind like Trump does.

Trump may stick his foot in his mouth often but it's worth it/still fresh to hear him just talk openly with conviction the way he does. And his tweets are hilarious

Everyone gives Obama credit for being a great speaker but all he did imo was read scripts off teleprompters that he didn't even write.
