No water damage. One broken plastic pipe. I’m having a plumber/installation guy take a look at it in 10 minutes.
Plumber? What's to sort out? Connect a new PVC pipe, clean joining surfaces really good and remount sink

That sink was so shoddily installed, it looks like something @conor mcgregor nut hugger would do and the brag about.

Depends on both the sink and the countertop and the style/design of your kitchen. Lip on top is of course, much stronger.
