Nice
mind if I ask what oil you use?

Been wanting to try this out...have enjoyed the fried turkey I have tried out that other people prepared.
Peanut oil

Safety Tips:
Don't overfill pot with oil. You can get a general idea of the amount needed using the water method.
Turn off flame while inserting turkey.
No frozen turkey, must be fully thawed.
Max size depends on your pot, but I don't recommend going over 18 lbs.

Water Method:
To determine how much oil is needed, place the covered turkey in the fryer pot and fill the pot with water until the turkey is fully submerged with water rising about 2 inches past the bird. Keep in mind the level will slightly rise when heated. Mark the water level on the pot so you know how much oil to put in the pot. Discard the water, and dry the pot thoroughly.
