What do has think about them implementing a rule like a fighter can't throw kicks for the rest of the right if they kick a guy in the balls twice in a fight?

so potentially a 2:31 of a 2 round stoppage is a lot different than a 2:29 2nd round stoppage?
They require 2 round to be scored for a decision. After 2 1/2 minutes of a round they score the partial round.
