Josey was his best, man with no name was better the first time it was done, Yojimbo.
Kurosawa was the best, his influence on modern cinema is immense.
Mifune was the man as well, must have been in almost all of his films.

I need to give up posting here.
Rampage Wand was my favourite, Page was demolished in their first 2 meetings, left hanging out of the ropes like a dead body in the 1st one, Wand was a killer.
There was genuine hatred there and when he got his revenge it was real, he wanted to kill Silva, the follow up shots and having to be dragged off Wand tell the story.
That left hook was also a thing of beauty.
Bellator fight just made me sad

It was awesome in person.
Wand rocked him once.
Rampage said "he hit me & I had a flashback to Pride days, and I was like 'I don't wanna get ktfo & embarrassed like that again', so I woke up & slowed down and said 'this is Rampage world'"
A fifth fight was in the bag, but it's getting too late by the second. Many will say it's too late now;I respectfully disagree.
I'd say it was a good buzz alright.
Wand has been shot for a long time now man, he looked terrible in that fight in my opinion.
Page has blown up to fuck as well.
It was just sad to me rather than exciting, similar vibe going with Rampage vs Fedor.
I'd have loved to see it 10 years ago but now I don't know if I want to watch it at all, hard to get excited about it.
I get it, the nostalgia is great and it is 2 older fighters so they are at a similar level, let them at it.
I don't know maybe I am just sad a lot of my favourite fighters are retired or fighting way past their primes and getting sparked out.
Should just enjoy the last few fights these guys will put on for what the are I suppose.

I detest the Rampage/Fedor fight.
Coker's been pushing that one for years. He's wrong about it, fans NEVER "wanted" to see that fight. It was never a buzz, ever. Page said for ten years he didn't want to fight his favorite fighter, nor did he like getting matched up with Fedor on that side of the HW bracket in the HW tourney.
This is a terrible fight for Fedor. He's WAY too old to Gary Goodridge Rampage, and Rampage's defense is too good to let him, which is Fedor's only shot. A fighter is gonna knock out his favorite fighter who is older and much smaller.
It is just....awful matchmaking.
Yeah definitely, its shit, I don't want to see Page KO Fedor, or even beat him at all, which is the most likely outcome.
Neither does Rampage as you said.
Answer is Rumina Sato vs Caol Uno, all in Shooto. Uno had his number, but their fights helped define MMA back in the day.

I go with Edgar vs Maynard. Edgar losing the first fight by decision, fighting his way back from the brink of defeat to earn a draw in the second, and nearly being ko'd in the third only to come back and ko Maynard is movie shit.
