Ronda was given the UFC championship, she didn't have to fight anyone in the UFC to get it, but she successfully defended it.

Randy is a known trt user but it was legal at that time. Also I'm not sure what the line is on that stuff. Randy, Vitor, hendo, Chael, all dropped off pretty sharp when it got abolished but they were all old men too (and Vitor obviously used to be on the junk)

I'd say it's better than winning a belt.
