unbelievable.....there are two mentions of Trump in that, the headline and the link. Nothing in the article whatsoever.

I actually love that this dude is using “identification” as his argument. These type of situations need to happen so that the absurdity of someone identifying as something they are not will finally wake society up. I was hoping it would end when that Rachel Dolezal moron said she identified as being black, but no such luck.
People can identify as whatever they want. That won't change. My Facebook newsfeed is full of idiots who believe they're intelligent.
The judge OBVIOUSLY didn't accept that defense, so society got it right.
