this sucks. before Conor was champion, Mendes got 500k to fight him. it's a fucking piss-take to pay the ufc's most loyal company man only 200k.

meanwhile Pettis is getting 155k for fighting way down the card.

I honestly thought cowboy would get $2m. for headlining this massive card against the sport's biggest star, anything less than a million is bullshit.

UFC 246 salaries: McGregor to earn 3 million dollar payday, Cerrone gets 200k to show

if Conor is getting $3mil but it's really $80mil we can only hope that Cerrone's $200k is actually a lot higher, but he said recently he's only getting a bit extra on top of his contracted pay, and that ESPN pay a flat rate for PPV's.

But the whole reason they're called "company men" is because they're willing to go out there and get ripped off putting their well-being on the line for pittance.
Why would they suddenly start paying all their competent fighters Conor money if they're willing to do it for a fraction?

Conor isn't making anywhere near that much. He inflates his pay for branding purposes. It's not good for his image that he is getting fucked by U Fight Cheap like everyone else. He is not Floyd, even if he pretends to be.

I've been saying the same for awhile, but let's say he inflated the figure by 50% that still suggests Cerrone could be making more on the side because $40mil is a ridiculous number given that very few fighters have made over 1mil disclosed pay.

Conor told Dana to pay him 500k the first time, of course for the rematch he was going to get paid. Conor couldn't get his champ champ shit back on track until he'd erased that defeat (as stupid as that was)

UFC 238 (Jun 8/19) L (Ferguson): $245,000 ($175,000 to show, $50,000 Fight of the Night bonus, $20,000 fight week incentive pay)*

UFC Fight Night: Cowboy vs Gaethje (Sept 14/19) L (Gaethje): $195,000 ($175,000 to show, $20,000 fight week incentive pay)*

that is kind of fucked up. he isnt really getting paid any better for a conor ppv than he did to fight gaethje on a fight night card

you know how this works though, disclosed pay isn't what they really earn

are you talking ppv points or the mysterious back stage bonus system?
well do you think this is completely accurate?

Conor McGregor: $3 million flat
Khabib Nurmagomedov: $2 million flat

I get what you're saying but I don't believe for a moment Cerrone is only making 200k, he's getting more from somewhere.
why would you put out that you are paying peanuts when you could just tell the truth about what hes really making then?
