Watching those clips actually pissed me off.

Any player who actively took place in this bullshit needs a suspension. Like 30 games at minimum. Blatant cheating that undoubtedly had an impact on the outcome of games.
If I was a Dodgers fan I would be really pissed.

Ok maybe not any Dodgers fan but if I was one of the 500 who actually stayed until the end of the game.

"I was joking with somebody that their biggest free agent acquisition was Carlos Beltran," Cora said with a wink. "I know how he works. He's helping a lot. They're paying attention to details and we have to clean our details."

MVP 2005 was probably my favorite arcade game as well. great mention of Baseball Stars. nothing beats OOTP for simulation. haven't played The Show.

10 greatest baseball video games ever made

Sit down, grab a controller and you can be anything. A marauding adventurer storming a castle. A plumber trying to save a princess. An L-shaped brick tumbling from the sky. For a baseball fan, video games are a way to live out 1,000 glorious victories or suffer innumerable agonizing defeats.

Often, a person's favorite is the first they ever played. Some may have started with Atari Baseball, a game that more closely resembles a cave painting. For many, they picked up Bases Loaded, the original Nintendo video game that was the first to look like modern games. I started with MLBPA Baseball released in 1994, so while there's nothing special about the game, it holds a unique place in my heart.

But for all the warm and fuzzy memories people may have, those are not the best games ever made. Today we are going to determine, with 100 percent accuracy, which is the best one ever created.

Before we dive in, a note: The modern reboot of RBI Baseball will not be considered as MLB.com is a partner in its production.
Out of the Park Baseball 20 is 75% Off ($4.99) for 4 days (January 23-27). that's a steal.

NL to adopt the DH. Possibly as early as the 2021 season.

I'm not happy about this. Not that I enjoy watching pitchers hit, but having a giant hole in your lineup requires a lot of strategy to get through a game. That's what I will miss. The strategy.

NL managers are chess players.
AL managers are playing checkers.

couldn't agree more & not on board with this at all. managers in the AL may as well nap during games.

if you play the field, you should hit.

Great now the NL is going to have a bunch of pitchers throwing at players with absolutely no worry about retaliation

Don't forget the token fat fuck that looks like a beer league softball player and plays until he's 43 years old because he doesn't have to play the field.

I watched the documentary on Dave Parker last night speaking of that.
