You've got to eat them with something though.
I think oyster mushrooms cooked in white wine would go well with dill, and served with roasted chicken breast and a low-cal palated white sauce & black pepper.

very coolQuite a strong taste. A lot of hassle for a one off. Apparently people do this in bulk and sell them for quite a bit. These particular ones are Golden Oyster.
