I'm 6 foot 3, planes are a nightmare for leg room, fuckin sure I recline my seat, if its one that can't behind me I at least ask does that person mind if I do it, if they have a problem with it and its more important than my leg room I probably wont bother, especially if its an OAP or someone with a medical condition.

The guy in the OP is a bitch and doesn't have the bread to fly a class he thinks he deserves, so he takes it out on some old dear, sad cunt.

Anyone who reclines their seat when there’s a full grown adult sitting behind them is an inconsiderate prick and deserves to have the back of their head slapped. Maybe if more people get slapped the world would have less entitled assholes.

Okay. So what if the person in front of you does it? Just put up with it?
Again, I'm not advocating or saying anyone shouldn't so long as you're polite...my views have just broadened.

I don’t do it even if the asshole in front of me does. We are all uncomfortable, no reason to make the person behind me more uncomfortable just to make me slightly less uncomfortable.

For me it's not slightly less uncomfortable. Considering I'm only 5ft 8 I've just thought that maybe the tops of my legs are stupid long rather than all of them but when I get on a plane they're already stuck to the seat in front.

Like I said, I went for years just putting up with anyone putting their seat back whilst I was sat rigid for 11+ hours and could barely walk when I got off but I do now if someone in front of me does.

Yeah I've come around to this way of thinking. If someone slowly reclines I don't like it but I don't go mad anymore. Norwegian you can upgrade for like $100 but the legroom's so good anyway I don't bother.

Thing that's funny to me with flying, watching R rated movies with nudity when a kid's stood next to you queuing to use the toilet. Awwwwwwwkwaaaaaaard.

Yes, so don't recline all the way. Sitting up straight is good for you.
Difference is I'm not upset if me or anyone else uses the seat the way it was designed. Sometimes I recline, sometimes I don't. I don't cry foul if the person infront of me choses either option as well. These comments about entitlement are hypocritical.

If you werent supposed to be reclining they would just install much cheaper stationary seats.i have installed hundreds of seats in my life and the cost difference between the reclining seats and cheap ones is huge.they shell out the extra cash on a seat that reclines 2 inches for a reason.arguing whether you should or shouldnt use an available option is stupid.that being said dont be an idiot.use the same rules you would in the car.put your seat back but dont crush the person behind you .punching the back of the seat is a spastic retard move

I guess it's too much to ask that people be considerate of others. Are you one of those assholes that drive to the front of a line of traffic and then merge over at the last possible moment when others have been waiting patiently in line?

You're talking bollocks if you think we're believing there's new furniture in planes. Half of them still have ashtrays.

Did I design the plane? Are you retarded?

Screw off Delta CEO capitalist pig:

Bastian said the airline was testing reduced-recline seating to help mitigate these issues
In that article...

Its okay to recline. Ask first but then it's implied not to say anything if someone reclines without asking....so why are you asking???

Delta doesn't have these problems.

Despite not having any problems, delta will be addressing the recline amount which just happen to allow more seats on the aircraft and more profit.

Eat it delta.
