just been watching this on twitter, kinda funny how hard it was for Wilder to shove Fury but not vice versa

really hope Fury isn't serious about going for the KO (unless he gets it, then it's fucking awesome haha)
Fury is a giant...not sure but 260 easy

Wilder has fought as low as 212...his speed is his advantage so i would be surprised if he is more than 222

At first I had no idea what you were talking about. Then I looked and saw Calendar next to shp/members and clicked on it, but that's all I can do. I tried to click on the date but it doesn't allow me to. I'm thinking it's a mod feature.
I think it has been too long since you made the thread

a lot of editing of threads and posts expire after a certain amount of time

what exactly is that time limit for editing posts / thread titles Splinty @Splinty ?

I know, but one is supposed to be the hardest puncher in the history of boxing and the other couldn't crack an egg

you're right that Fury is basically a super hw, I just found it funny.

Interesting interview with a young Fury, who knew even then exactly what was to unfold:

I just can't find anything likeable about Wilder, how could anyone's heart not be with Fury here?

Watch Wilder HLs vs Iron Mike HLs

The debate is over imo comparing him to Tyson with his 40 KOs/hardest puncher or whatever. No one ever punched like Mike. Wilder looks slow and sloppy in this vid compared.

Plenty of heavies hit harder than Mike, Wilders sloppyness only solidifies his natural power.

But you're right, in a way

Here in Houston they show boxing PPV in select theaters. I've never watched a fight like that but I think I may Saturday.

I remember my dad going to watch Tyson vs Spinks on Closed Circuit TV(whatever that is)
He was all excited

He left and came back home in like 20 minutes cause Tyson KOed him in 90 seconds or so...Guess my dad wasn't a bar rat guy lol

Nice always wanted to do that too but they usually don't have a place showing it here. If you go let us know how it went bruddah...

I remember growing up people getting legit pissed off after they ordered Iron Mike fights because he would KO his opponents so quick. Like its a heavyweight fight with probably the best knock out artist ever. What the fuck you expect. I remember my friends dad homeboy literally crying when Douglas knocked out Tyson. lol

I like both guys, and honestly the older I get the harder it is for me to have admiration for sport athletes, especially combat ones. The reason is because the older I get the more informed I get, and majority of superstar athletes come from horrible upbringings.

I hope whoever wins, wins by finish, however reading about how as recently as 9 years ago Tyson Fury's dad went to prison for gauging a man's eye's out, makes me lean towards Deontay. I don't want thugs, criminals and villains to be the top guy.

Deontay fighting for his daughter is pure. I slightly root for Wilder over Fury, but both guys are entertaining in and out the ring.
