watched a dateline on this with my wife, some ladies in one of her FB groups knew her when she lived in AZ.
Apparently, she was all kinds of normal for most of her life.
but watching the show, it's pretty clear that she and her new husband conspired to kill those people. Alex killed the husband and the Chad's wife, and then they killed Alex with a poison. really sad about the kids.

These cults a weird mang. Even the mainstream ones. I was friends with a Jehovah witness chick and she was all kinds of crazy. She had been ostracized by the church so had to sit in the lepers section at the back and wasn't allowed to talk to her best friend anymore.

Watched this last night. Their religion says the world is ending this year on July 22. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out they sent their kids to heaven early so they could spend the last 5 months of their life drinking wine out of each other’s butts in Hawaii.
