Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will physically harm me. That's how the old saying goes right?
Like i give a fuckyou mug @jason73 that's not helpful
what if they called it virus from China? is that less offensive? pretty much the same shit as ChinesevirusEveryone knows it as the corona virus. Only fucking idiots are using the term 'chinese virus'.
Seeing as this is their third strike in less than 20 years, maybe that is vital information. China needs to clean up it's act before they end the world with their total and utter disregard for the rest of the planet. To me it just seems like the purpose of a name is to provide vital information. Chinese Virus doesn't really do that except allowing you to Google where this pandemic began. Using coronavirus or Covid lead you to information that actually matters, i.e. prevention and treatment. At the same time, "Chinese Virus" being offensive seems like a dumb policing of vernacular except when public officials like the President or media are using it.
notice how now people are arguing about the name of the virus instead of arguing about the gov't response to the virus? The virus came from China, why shouldn't people call it a chinese virus.
Usual shit heads looking to be outraged, usually on someone elses behalf.
Fuck off
maybe if we weren't buying the products of slave labor, their gov't would have collapsed a long time ago.Seeing as this is their third strike in less than 20 years, maybe that is vital information. Really? That's not what I'm hearing from people IRL or on here.notice how now people are arguing about the name of the virus instead of arguing about the gov't response to the virus?
kind of my point...maybe if we weren't buying the products of slave labor, their gov't would have collapsed a long time ago.
