I’m waiting for 20 yr rates to get back to 3% or less so I can refi. My guy has his finger on the trigger. Pissing me off.

Bought 10 more shares. Position is 50 shares now. Will keep buying on dips until I reach 100 shares. That’s $3000 in 12-18 months in my opinion.
I ended up picking up some shares of CHEF. I'll continue to watch and buy more if it drops below 8. I really think this is going to see $40+ again within the next year.
Yeah I thought I was doing good when I locked mine in at 3.25%
Then this happened. Oh well.
My goal is to make enough in the market drop to pay off my house anyway.
OK, this is crazy:
Ladder Capital Corp on the US stock exchange (LADR) dropped almost 26% Friday's trade.
While Ladder Capital Corp on the British stock exchange (OJSZ) gained almost 32% on the same day!
Wtf's up with that?
Maybe.
But...
Despite all the bars being closed, alcohol sales were up. That could be a reflection of people stocking up before quarantine, or it could be a reflection of increased usage overall for people daydrinking during quarantine while they deal with their spouse and kids 24/7.
But energy stocks up. Hell, everything on my watch list is up besides Raytheon...which makes me what to buy some.
Nobody is making money until it hits $40+ /bbl. We've been below that Mendoza line for a month.
The smaller the company, the more trouble they'll have surviving this. I suspect some smaller guys to start getting gobbled up by the monsters.
But I could be wrong. They definitely look inviting given how far they've dropped.
What entry point are you looking for? That stock has been killed.
Just watching it. I need to read up on what exactly they did. Not too much interest in holding the bag while they sort their shit out. Accounting issues can paralyze a stock for a long time as nobody trusts their balance sheet.
If they survive - which I think they will - it's attractive where it is. But I have no idea how long it will stay at this level.
52 week high of $18.93. I've had it on my watchlist for a while. Been thinking about picking up 100 shares, and just sitting on it for a year or more.
WFC is another that I've been watching for a while now. I should have pulled the trigger on 50 shares last week.
