Yeah, it's a huge difference. One of my old sparring partners used to train with a woman who is in the ufc now. This wasn't that long ago. He said "She is good, for a woman, but it's not hard to power out of any submissions she has". This is a guy who is a good local fighter, had success at state level grappling events and he can easily beat a ufc level female fighter.No worries. I haven't rolled with Ronda but I have trained with elite female MMA fighters, grapplers and kickboxers. I mean no disrespect to them when I say the athletic gap is too vast to overcome. It's ridiculously uneven. The same way I mean no disrespect when I say Mighty Mouse is too small to beat John Jones. It's not apples with apples.
