Yeah, it's a huge difference. One of my old sparring partners used to train with a woman who is in the ufc now. This wasn't that long ago. He said "She is good, for a woman, but it's not hard to power out of any submissions she has". This is a guy who is a good local fighter, had success at state level grappling events and he can easily beat a ufc level female fighter.
