Rogan is garbage. Not just as a commentator, but as a human being. And I couldn't care less about Aldo, Conner or 145lbs, I have thought this for a long time.

We're gonna miss Joe when he's gone from the game soon. He's not some super polished threaded eyebrows TV automaton. He's a dude in the cage trying to figure what's what like any big fan. I think he's had some gaffes lately but he's also getting older.

I like that he pushes guys a little in the post-fight, but then I was also always a fan of Larry Merchant lol.

What? How is Rogan garbage as a human being? That's ridiculous.

No it isn't. He promotes drug use (PEDS and recreational), he is a mouthpiece for POS dana white. I could go on but those two things alone are more than enough.

What's wrong with recreational drug use and PED's if you aren't competing against others?

If you want to die early, waste money, and be a slave to drugs, I suppose nothing. I have no respect for stupid and mentally weak people personally.

Have you ever tried any recreational drugs, or have any personal experience with them?

I'm not a fan of Joe but I can admit when he is on his game and when he is off.

He was off on Saturday.

Dude, you're either trolling, or one of the most ignorant people on the planet. You should probably do some research. What recreational drug use has he promoted that is detrimental to overall health?

And you're a mouth piece for utter ignorance.

I'm not a drug guy myself but it's not like he's promoting heroin use. He's always been very open-minded and thoughtful of what drugs does to people.

Why such a poor justification to hate on the guy. You don't have to like him, it's not a must.

As for the Jose Aldo interview, knowing he's a huge Aldo fan, I knew he meant right. These post interviews are often very quick and chaotic, especially after a fight like that.

You don't like recreational drugs or PED use cuz of health concerns, but you have no problem with watching a sport that is extremely detrimental to your long-term health. Seems legit!

Personally, I didn't like it. The guy was just KO'd unconscious, and likely barely knew what state he was in. Then you have Rogan correcting him with "well, it was a fight...it was just ended very quickly". Now, could Jose have just been delusional? Maybe. But he also could have just been concussed and extremely disappointed w/ what happened. Look, the better man won last night and I think Joe is really good at what he does...but I think this interview was handled somewhat poorly, and I wonder if Joe will agree when he looks back on it.

Thoughts?

Edit: There also the possibility that the translator misinterpreted Jose's response as well.
youre totally on point, the translator didnt misinterpret anything.. joe rogan was huge disrespectful cunt here.

Edit: OK guys, carry on. Please try to refrain from subjective insults. If you don't agree with someone, fine but attack their argument, not them. I think some guys post the most inane stuff but I try to be civil and we end up cool at the end of the discussion.

I'm always surprised when someone with cornering or fighting experience has any judgments about anything a guy who's just been kayoed says in a post-fight interview. Most of the time, the guy's not even officially there. Chances are low he'll remember any of what he says later. For an interviewer to put a guy who's just been kayoed on the spot with unkind angles is, aguably, the interviewer's job, but it really doesn't make a lot of sense from a human-to-human point of view. Rogan knows this, I think, and would agree with most of what I just wrote (I think?), so it's kind of weird that he doesn't act in accordance with that, when his whole schtick in life is "I keep it real," etc.

IMO guys who have just been kayoed should be spared the post-fight interview in most cases. They really aren't even officially there. It's a miracle -- and a testament to the spirit fighters bring to the battle -- that more of them don't say more embarrasing shit that can't ever be unsaid due to it happening on camera.
