Wished he could get time served but he will be out before 2027 it sounds like unless he has to fuck somebody up on the inside. They might have to keep him separate from the lifers with nothing to lose.

article I read says he got 1283 days time served, he got 5 yrs, so about 1.5-2 yrs?

Shot the pedos stepdad as he was taking him to get an ankle monitor. Dude cant use his arm much now I expect there to be a big lawsuit.

Apparently he was shooting like crazy and could have hit a bunch of other random cars on the freeway. Cain is an idiot.

Thats potentially 5 years he wont be raising his kids and he never even hit the right target.

Most prisons in America really aren't that bad. The fights and rapes and shit are highly exaggerated for the most part. In reality, it's like going to a shitty summer camp with a bunch of mildly retarded adult men.

he wont be gone 5 years . he gets credit for 1200 days in pretrial custody . he has just over 2 years time left to serve and will do 85% of that

The father is not innocent, he allowed his pedophile son to have access to children at the facility the father and mother ran while knowing full well their kid was a pedo.

Possible also his kid became a pedo because his father diddled him.

Most pedos are either released on probation or put in with other pedos in county. It's actual prison then they have a chance to mingle with gen pop during lunch and exercise.

Jail, people just wanna ride out their time.
