I'd go with "box troll". I too am built weirdly and anything I wear unzipped falls way open like that.
I'm shaped a lot like Joe. I'm 5'9", so I'm not short or tall and I'm also pretty lean, but my inseam is a 30", so I have short legs. I actually wear that because I have a hard time finding 29" inseams. My torso is long though. I fit perfectly in large sized shirts, but they're shirt as shit. If I reach my arms to or above shoulder level, you can see belly skin. If I go up a short size though, it looks like the correct length, but it's baggy as hell.
I sympathize with Joe when it comes to clothing. By the way, those Barbell Jeans he recommended on his show are perfect for me. They fit my upper leg snugly, but I don't have to buy a waistline that's two sizes too big for them to be pulled up over my thighs.
That could be the most non-masculine post I've ever made.... Bitching about how clothes aren't made for my "figure"?.... Yep, I'm sure it is.
