Why do you think point fighters win fights? It is called effective striking. Damage has nothing to do with the criteria. If damage was scored, the bloody fighter would lose every fight that went to the judges. Again, damage is not in the scoring criteria.

She threw the same kick in the first round and was way off target. If she had throw simular strikes that were getting checked and then one that hit its mark that's a different story.
