Didn't watch it. Heard it was pretty good
It's good. You just need to fast forward through the theme song so that you don't throw anything through your tv to make the country rap stop.

Idris elba's performance even got me to sit through a tyler perry movie.
I ask because a black cowboy with an edge up and a touch of a fade just doesn't fit most westerns.
Idris is a really solid actor though. Just rewatched RocknRolla with him over the weekend. Funny movie.
If this story didn't have such a big racial component between it's main characters it would be a brilliant casting. But because they cast him black they are going to lose huge parts of what those books tackled.
