Took me a few weeks now I sleep better than evah... maybe even Phil baroni the best evah

It takes me awhile to fall asleep sober but i feel great when i wake up and usually do this out of bed
If Ive been drinking the night before though it usually takes me an hour or so to eventually crawl out of bed

I can't fall asleep without reading.
It sort of sucks if I get sucked into a book because I'll stay up all night reading.
I read Stephen King's Salem's Lot in a single night - finished it around 6 AM.
That's probably why I read mostly history books and biographies now. Interesting stuff, but it doesn't draw you in quite as much.

I fell asleep on the couch, woke up at 0130. Currently on 1 of 2 beers I have left. Hoping they put me back to sleep
