N.A -Mexican food and Mariscos. honorable mention to american bbq and chowder

S.A- I don't really like anything from there I think they underachieve with food, central americans do more with less like Salvadoran pupusas.

Asia- Japanese and the Vietnamese tied

Europe-italy and France tied, a lot of mexican food is influenced from the french.

Africa-?

Antarctica- penguinian food

Australia-
Australian food

Europe - Belgium
N. America - USA (not patriotism, quality/quantity/variety)
S. America - Peru (northern/mountain...seco de cordero)
Africa - South Africa (one cousin swears Ghana, another swears Nambia...they're both wrong)
Asia - Japan (pick 'em with S. Korea)
Australia - New Zealand (I'm a bitch for tangelos)
Peru has really good beans too they use a better quality bean than the pinto sometimes mexican people will use peruvian beans to cook.

Belgium has the best beer in europe.

Europe : Italian (heritage comes first)
North America : Chinese-American
South America : Nicaraguan (two of my siblings are so anything I have had that they've made or my parents make is derived from them)
Africa : Egyptian food is more closely related to many Mediterranean countries and they have lamb shawarma so this would be my vote. I can't say that I've had stuff from any African country.
Asia : Impossible category. Not even going to attempt.

Never had what I would consider real Australian food.

Italian food CANNOT be beaten! Greatest cuisine in the world...

Between food, fashion and coffee, Italians run things!

I've found very good & very bad among most options from all continents, Though Italian food should be the undisputed champ

I will say there are a couple exceptions. The worst is Indian (red-dot) food, I've never been near an Indian restaurant that didn't make the neighborhood smell like a deep friend well-used gym sock. Jewish food is the next worst, my mom's side of the family is Jewish & they love showing me all the ethnic cuisine. There's an Adam Carolla quote that was something like "Jews will never be known as great risk takers, but when it comes to food they turn into Evel Kneivel. Gelatinized fish? Let's do it!" They do bread well, but that's about it. The only time I eat carbs are at family gatherings where I fill up on bread

Here are mine, this is totally subjective of course but Id like to argue with some of you anyway please;

Europe - Italian
Asia - Vietnamese
North America (Inc Central America) - Mexican
South America - Colombian
Africa - West African nations various
Australia - Australia

You can enter only one Continent/country if your experiences are limited
You're right - mostly.
- The Ethiopians will give West Africans a run for their money, but yes, West Africa wins hands down :).
- In Asia., You spelled "Thai" wrong :). Don't got me wrong, I love Pho and a few Viet delicacies, but they have their 'stinky food' moments. Regardless, I think we can all agree Filipinos are last on the food list here though, right?
- South America, Colombia is a great choice... but Peru is giving them a fight for the title... Might have to go to the judges on this one.

Un jour je visiterai la Louisiane. M'intéresse vraiment.
Mais, south Louisiana has some joie. There's actually a lot to do. Tour the cyprière, visit some of historic New Orleans, maybe be in the state for one of our many festivals for some lagniappe from venders trying to promote their businesses, etc..

Yeah Ethiopians have this super spicy curry come soup type dish I want to try, its rated among the hottest dishes on earth. Never tried it but looked like what the devil eats on hungover mornings.

REAL Thai is neck and neck with Viet in my books but the difference is that Thais here in Australia will dumb down their food for western tastes (or lack thereof) whereas with Viets you eat it their way or fuck off. We have a huge Viet population and a small Thai one so that maybe for commercial reasons IE not enough Thais so the Thai restaurants need western customers.

I wouldnt feed Filipino food to my dog. That Chicken Adobo shit the rage about is British level cuisine. Banana ketchup and roast chicken is the goods though

Never tried Peruvian, I always picture Peruvians as having purple lids for some reason tho?
