Anyone who blows up kids, anyone that helps radicalize, and anyone who condones it.
It's sets the wrong precedent if everytime a troll gets reported, they can make a thread and try to out the 'reporter'.

@Galt, but not as annoying or obviously made up. Some of his many, many threads are funny, and he starts a lot of conversations.
