I know ton gets injured at AKA, but I think the blames are on the individuals, not the training methods.
That Cain weird form exercise video was all Cain, and trainer Joe Grasso, AKA didn't put that on Cain.
Cormier is known to go hard so wouldn't be surprised if ppl get injured wrestling him.
And there are many high level wrestlers that love to go hard all the time that attributes to this.

Jackson Wink's fighters always employ methodical gameplans and what they did to turn Overeem's career around was legendary.
There's a long list of fighters that have improved considerably at that camp.
Just have to take his comments with a big pinch of salt because he's clearly a butthurt Diaz fan crying about the Condit decision
yes, if anything, JW can be bound to overtrain their fighters and cut off their spontaneity , but to say that their fighters just feed off of the "talent in the room" is just out of touch with reality.
I didn't know he was a Diaz fan but I've learned to take his comments with a big pinch of salt regardless.
For those that arent jones, holm, overeem, you go for the training partners and the name not the coaches.
