How long does it take to get my stuff?
Each item is created and then shipped. It takes a few days to run your order through the print shop and then get it in the mail. Shipping time starts at that point and will depend on the shipping choice you selected at checkout. We use warehouses to distribute in North America and Europe for core products to minimize shipping time.
I’m in between sizes, what do I do?
We do our best to use high quality materials. Many of our shirts are 100% ringspun cotton. They are often preshrunk. This gives a soft shirt that wears great over time. However, ALL cotton clothing will shrink in a hot dryer. If you can’t decide on your size, its safest to size one up and then toss it in the dryer a time or two. Line dry to preserve original size and make your clothes last longer.
Do you accept returns?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
