Not impossible but under the stress of the time limit and the awful wording of the questions you'd definitely fuck up at least once.

I can get to what the test is asking for, but it takes some figuring. It's obviously meant to be confusing.

I've been to Louisiana and I've met some of its people.
The irony of them giving this test to establish voter competency isn't lost on me.

When sorting states by IQ level, Louisiana is perpetually near the bottom. I doubt it was much different in the 60s.
