Not a fan of aluminum necks personally. I've played an Electrical Guitar Co guitar before, and the neck was so skinny. It was the same thickness from the top to bottom - just felt weird

Oh yeah those are eye catchers for sure. There's a gold one the singer from the Melvins plays that I like a lot.

I've never played one like that without a regular fretboard. But a 70s Travis Bean TB1000S is one of my dream guitars.
