Reds starting lineup has Votto batting 2nd. That's something I've been screaming for. He's spent the majority of his career in the 3 hole, but his OBP prowess outpaces his power numbers so it makes more sense to bat him 2nd. The addition of Puig - who is a perfect 3 hole hitter - likely made this an easy decision for new manager David Bell.

Scooter Gennett is out 8-12 weeks with a groin strain. I'm a little excited to see Iglesias glove it at SS. Even without Gennett (2018 slash .310/.357/.456), there is plenty of pop in that lineup.
I'm looking forward to a 1st inning walk to Votto followed by a Puig bomb to left center.
