He's fun to watch. Worth the price of admission just to watch him play centerfield. He's a monster on the basepaths too - he just doesn't get on base enough.@Hauler I just saw billy Hamilton score from 2nd on a sac fly.
I've already watched 4 or 5 balls this season go for hits in center that I'm 100% certain Billy H would have handled with ease.
The Reds bats finally came to life last night with 16 hits (5 HR) and 14 runs.
My favorite moment was in the bottom of the 6th when, with the Reds up 6 runs, Votto was drilled with a pitch. Votto took a couple steps towards the pitcher and both the catcher and the ump took off their masks because they thought it might be go time. But Votto picked up the ball and tossed it back to the pitcher.

Yankees blew another one yesterday. Most injured team in baseball, along with an other-worldly bullpen that can't seem to control the zone so far. Might end up being an interesting season.

I don't know how this is gonna end, but right now it feels good as a lifelong Mariners fan.

I was watching MLB network that night. I rewatched that a dozen times and could not stop laughing. They way he got up and looked was just too much. Poor guy must have been a bit humiliated. I must have missed it last year.. The next day he went off with the bat though so that's good.
Did you guys see my Twins basically humiliate Jake DeGrom a few days back? The baseball shows somehow down played it and turned it into check out this Pete Alonzo. The guy is special..
He tried to steal 3rd too soon last night and the Reds picked him off. But he got bailed out with a balk call. Huge mistake in a tie ball game.

Yeah, something insane. His stuff is usually electric. I think he'll win way more games this year. He actually has some bats to back him up now.
I think the Twins might take the AL Central this season. Cleveland has the pitching, but doesn't have the bats.
