in court instead of training
He also broke down on the witness stand

Complete breakdown at:
CM Punk & Colt Cabana v Dr Chris Amann Trial Day 4 Afternoon Notes

His head cannot be focused on the fight

For background, about 10 months after CM Punk quit WWE, he did a podcast where he talked negative about WWE's ringside physician and said he was misdiagnosed.
The physician is suing him and backed by WWE
They finally went to trial & it was this week - a week before his fight

Even if he loses both his UFC fights, the man still wins because he was paid millions for just minutes of work and goes home to this-

I just find it odd that due to his fight, he could not get the court date pushed back
He is on the stand on Monday for cross examination too
He will be stressing all week about the rest of the trial/outcome

Agreed, but you left out the fact the lawsuit already cost him & he might lose more than he got paid for 225.

That really is hilarious timing for the trial, given that the incident in question happened 4 years ago.

I remember listening to that podcast at the time - Punk REALLY buried this doctor. Not only made him sound totally incompetent, but as a malicious asshole who didn't care about the health of the athletes in the least. So if Punk lied about instances, he should fork over a ton of money to this doctor.

im hoping for another 30 second loss for punk .this whole thing has been a ratings stunt . it has cheapened the sport and the ufc brand. the sooner this is over the better. cm punk should have fought his way up like everyone else.even brock had a fight before ufc signed him

if it wasn't for this he would put on a show.

US justice system costing the fans a high quality fight that's a shame.

I'd be sucking his dick, I predicted Punk would be a fast powerful striker slinging bombs from the hip
For sure i thought we would get a flying gogoplata or atleast a showtime kick

Holy shit I just saw this part of the court reporting:

Punk describes a clothesline, both the move and the laundry equipment.
