That's about right for one that size. Whats the thickness of the steel? I had one custom made for my by a guy out of his garage, it's better than anything you'll get store-bought.

Damn, that doesn't look much bigger than mine and I paid $800. I'm sure this one is a bit more refined, but not $2200 more refined imo.

I damned well miss smoking meat. Doing a rub on pork butt, ribs or brisket on a Friday night was part and parcel of pretty much every Friday night to wake up in the morning to stick it in the smoker. I loved it.
