Just watched Alita Battle Angel and its a nice flick

Granted I'm a bit biased because I'm fascinated with transhumanism

The CGI could have been better but all in all a good movie

Hell yeah that movie was good.

I enjoy a nice sci fi flick.

Either based somewhat in reality or way out there.

Both make for interesting stories.

Took somebody to see this and wasn't looking forward to it, but the 3-D & effects were great and the story was interesting. Acting was really good. Worth the $. I had no idea it wasn't an original though.

I checked out a few scenes and some of it is almost shot-for-shot. Pretty epic.

Bingo. When I sat there watching it in the theatre, I was like "holy fuck this is like the anime." I hadnt seen it since 97 and rememebered so much because of the movie. Stellar.
