OP, those numbers look a bit wonky. Don't get me wrong, I am not hating, I never do when it comes to things like this. But how are you curling 65lbs? 65lb dumbells or barbell?
barbell! its up to 70-75lb now.. but some of those are actually down a bit right now, i lost a lot of strength when I got shingles a few months ago and could not workout for about a month.

Ah okay, makes more sense. You will probably find that your numbers will peak, then drop and you will get "Weaker". IMO that is normal and you just have to change things up and remember that rest is just as important as lifting.

One Punch Man only did 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, plus a 5 mile run every day to become the strongest there is. Go!!!
