barbell! its up to 70-75lb now.. but some of those are actually down a bit right now, i lost a lot of strength when I got shingles a few months ago and could not workout for about a month.OP, those numbers look a bit wonky. Don't get me wrong, I am not hating, I never do when it comes to things like this. But how are you curling 65lbs? 65lb dumbells or barbell?
