Looking to get an idea on how much money it takes to develop an app? I think I have a pretty good idea but no smarts to create an app. Anyone wanna clue me in on what it would take? Cheers!

It would be for weed pictures. I can adjust bud pics pretty well and thought maybe an app could be made for people to make their pictures look better.
I get a lot of compliments on my pictures and I have a little formula worked out that seems to make most weed pics better. Thinking that could be used for an app that would make it easy for anyone to post better pics.
