It would be for weed pictures. I can adjust bud pics pretty well and thought maybe an app could be made for people to make their pictures look better.

Good point, I'd expect it to double or triple from the quote. This place is out of tennessee. My good union job went to tata india, twice. I definitely want to help my fellow US citizens??

Looks like they don't use off shore devs, I'd verify though. I have worked for dev shops in the past that were based in the US and used US devs but also offloaded a ton of grunt work to off shore devs, no bueno.
