he just called, hes getting 3 amputated. can hear the pain in his voice.

Shouldn't be too big of an issue. My uncle had two toes removed, at first he had trouble adjusting but it got better.

Just back from the hospital, he wanted me to help him decide. his choices are:

1 - remove 3 toes today
2 - remove foot
3 - die in a week or so

it was the worst infection ive ever seen in person
he has diabetes which is some how related.

im going back before he goes under. going to use cant see 2 feet in front
and going to be harder to count to 19 (he is already missing one finger)
i wait till after surgery

Yep, when my brother went Keto after seeing my results he basically cured his diabetes. He wasn't taking any insulin or metformin at all. His PCP kept dialing down his meds till he basically told him, you don't need them anymore.
