Seeing a specialist on the 29th. Have gotten nerve tests on my hands and they are both proper buggered.

I will have to book for surgery which makes me nervous. Not because of the actual surgery but that I will be out of commision for at least a month.

I run a construction co. and trying to run the site without being able to help is going to be difficult.

Anybody ever have to deal with this? Right now it's at the point where I can't lay down without my hands going numb and can only sleep for a few hours at a time with the aid of a wrist brace and pain cream. At this point I can't even jerk off with 'the stranger!'

My wife has and I went with her. Its done under local, so you're awake while they cut open your wrists and tug on stuff. Your hands get bandaged up, so you won't be able to drive yourself home if you get both done at once.

Once the bandages are off though, you're good to go. Hers was 7 years ago and no problems since.

Get it done dude. You'll be able to visit the job site the next day, and will be full healed up in 2-3 weeks.
