I like the cold but, yeah... I've been here 20 years, I'm used to it.
I get dirty looks when I wear jeans and a short sleeve shirt in the 60s.
They wear fucking snow jackets when it's in the 60s. SNOW JACKETS!
I dont wear my hoodie until it's 40 or below here.. lol Reminds me of vegas and san diego..people are retarded.

heh what kind of wacky things did you write on your cover letter?
nothing really wacky or crazy. I don't remember exactly, usually just something positive and honest that the reader could relate to on a more personal level. Was always short, simple. A paragraph 1/2 at best, something easy on the eyes.

Whatever I'd write, I would simply make it clear that I wasn't following the standard template, and I think people dig this.

I bet it would even work for more serious positions to be honest, as long as you back it up when you show up for work
