Anything Like Pancrase?

So I've been on a Pancrase kick for a while now. My coach has been pushing me to fight in Japan and to get in a pro wrestling stable too so I can earn some extra money. My question is this, I know Pancrase is still around, but they have gloves and I believe a cage now. Is there anything similar to the original Pancrase/Shoot fighting leagues?

When I was in Kinder garden my older cousins would have us younger kids duke it out. Our gloves were tube socks. We'd ball up one sock inside and slip them on. It was a bloody mess every time. Finally got gloves when I was in sixth grade.
