They are risky...guy moves and you catch face or a bone to break your foot on

Plus how to train for it...very difficult...chute box literally had a guy in pads and duct tape just taking beatings from the savages when being down on the mat wasn't protected by rules

Is it an untapped weapon in MMA...absolutely

soccer kicks in any match are a huge advantage for soccer loving country fighters.

Check the fluid kicks and knees/stomps that this soccer lover employs

Imho a guy has to be hurt to get a good soccer kick or extremely gassed.. most ppl square up and get bk to their feet if contact is broken... very devastating kick if placed on a organ...
