My family was shipped off to the Fiji Islands almost 200 years ago and im of mixed heritage so maybe not the best person to ask as we dont have any connection to the place besides the food

I think that's called Coronation chicken.

You see it in sandwiches and rolls. Never seen it in an actual curry. I may be wrong.

My wife makes a green curry, coconut milk, curry chicken stirfry that kicks ass. Not a big fan of overly spicey food but this dish is so full of flavour.

Im of mainly Indian heritage let me get that out there but Im no fan of them or that culture blah blah but make no mistake about India would pulverize Pakistan within a day or two. It happened in the 70's iirc, India took Lahore within a week.
