Somebody recommended a weird film last year with a character that looked just like that. Supposedly shot in a condemned insane asylum in Poland. Silent movie, but creepy a.f. The final message being, "Kill the President!" I thought it was extremely well made and edgy, but I thought it was likely to inspire some loony nut case to do the deed. Can't remember the title though-- anybody?
