And up to life if he lost trial. He would need a downward departure from the guidelines for being drunk or cte or whatever or a reduced charge to avoid prison in most cases. But hes got cash so it might change. I'd say a reduced charge is highly likely

He could always pay the guy to "stop cooperating" with investigators

He posted $110k bond, turned in his passport, and will have to wear an ankle monitor, but he's out of jail
