I have taken it. Subtle but unmistakable benefits. I handle stress better and feel better overall. Big fan of it.

I alternate it and rhodeola rosea, which provides similar benefits but possibly a shade better for me. I alternate them so that I greatly reduce the risk of them losing effectiveness, which reportedly can happen.

Give this a look. Great site with solid information.

I found this review on Reddit.

"I take it to help increase my gynomastia. My nips get super sensitive, pointy, and rock hard."

I took it last year for a bit but it tore my stomach to shreds. I don't know if it was a certain type or somehow it didn't mix well with the Vit D or what but I had to bail on it after a week.

@Splinty?
What's that mean? Like am I specifically hunting "natural" remedies?

No.

I am just following data to the stuff that has evidence it works. This one is particularly compelling for the breadth of benefits and the evidence quality is better than many other herbs and traditional medicines.
