I started this thanks to this thread. I do think it's helped me with reducing stress like when something that would normally be a 10, it's now a 5 or so. Also think it's helped me during exercise and such. I've been taking it for almost 2 months and will take it for 1 more than take a month off and go on for another 3 months.

I did not notice much from taking ashwagandha for about 6 weeks. Perhaps my brand is not very good and in fact I don't like anything about it otherwise. So as I always do following
@Belobog lead, I have picked a higher quality brand. I will try it out for 2 weeks and then see if I noticed any difference when adding lions mane.
My sister bought a load of ashwaganda tea to try, she didn't notice any super stress relief effects from it.
There is a system in place with procedures.
