I dunno bro, but the second lady he run over was stood completely still in the middle of the road ( I think there was someone behind her too that was also stood completely still).

What's also off is the lack of reaction from anybody else, cars are there but no honk no nothing. I think this was a video of an actual dashcam with some cgi thrown in for the people being ran over.
